To accomplish business goals of clients through the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns and content strategy. This includes, but not limited to, social media strategy and execution, content development and strategy for websites, ideation, and implementation of digital marketing efforts (email marketing, landing pages, etc.), and digital media purchasing, placement, and analysis, while creating and maintaining relationships. To serve clients as they use digital means to promote products and services ensuring the clients’ brand standards apply. To play a major role in enhancing the client’s overall brand awareness and individualized needs within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring customer leads.


Oversee the designing, building, and maintenance of clients’ social media and web presence. Conduct content and comparative audits to gather key business and user insights to ensure positive user experiences.
Provide positive user experiences by planning and designing content strategy on clients’ websites as well as social platforms. Monitor and adjust content strategy accordingly across channels for Farm Bureau agents in partnership with the Digital Content Strategist.
Uphold the team’s commitment to aiding clients in accomplishing business and marketing goals including, but not limited to, leading generation and conversion, brand awareness, brand loyalty, and exceptional user experiences.


Required: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, content strategy, social media, or digital marketing required. Two years of applicable digital marketing agency experience, plus hands on social media management experience is required. Familiarity with WordPress or Drupal, Hootsuite, and Salesforce is required. Minimum three years working in an office environment required. Experience working with people required. Excellent computer skills, along with proven knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Proven track record of being a team player required.

Client facing experience preferred.
