five (5) years full time work experience in accounting or business setting.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel or similar software and should be familiar with accounting software.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
Governmental or Higher Education experience
Previous experience in grants and contracts
Knowledgeable in Federal Guidelines for Grants including Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 C.F.R.200) Uniform Administrative Requirements, cost principles and audit requirements for Federal Awards as well as knowledge generally accepting accounting principles (GAAP)
