New Hire Coordinator

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has attention to detail and wants to be part of a dynamic team.

General Responsibilities
On boarding of new hires to include but not limited to placing ads, organizing incoming applicants, interviews, employee references check, new hire paperwork, entering new hire information into the system and verifications of employment. Supporting new hires through their first 90 days of employment.

Will also provide support for the following areas

  • Maintain employee database – changes
  • Review, approve and sign off payroll hours
  • Calculate garnishment deductions based on percent of pay
  • Transmitting information
  • Coordinate, process and transmit the 403
  • Processes billable hours to payroll hours for Clinical Department
  • Trains all employees on the use of Paycor / AOD
  • Processes, submits and performs health, dental, life, STD, LTD, HRA, HAS and FSA accounts. To include monthly audits on all benefits plans.
  • Audits monthly premiums for health, dental, life, HRA, and HSA accounts
  • Coordinate the open enrollment for benefits

Qualifications: Associated Degree in Accounting (or equivalent work experience), three years payroll processing, data entry experience, Excel, attention to detail, computerized G/L experience, 10 key skills, experience with outsourced payroll (preferably Paycor) and ability to work as a team member.
