NIOSH 582, OSHA 30 hr. Construction Safety
Core Responsibilities
Conduct field investigation activities, including Surveys for asbestos, lead and universal waste.
OSHA 30 construction safety contractor oversight.
Asbestos Abatement oversight, air monitoring and onsite
Analyze and interpret laboratory and engineering data
Represent PacRim in a professional manner while on jobsites
Make employee safety a priority both in-house and on-site, in accordance with corporate standards
Position Requirements
Frequent travel and field work (valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required)
Seek opportunities to expand client services with existing and new clients
Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
Carry out project duties as assigned by Senior Staff
Qualifications – Knowledge & Skills
Perform complex tasks and handle multiple priorities, and have the ability to perform under fast-paced situations
Physical Requirements
Walk job sites during inspections with possible uneven surfaces
Carry field testing equipment (up to 30 pounds) onto jobsites
Bend over, crouch, climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, access roofs.
Prior experience can include: Construction Activities, Demolition, Abatement, Safety Training.
