Looking for a receptionist for a growing, fast-paced medical practice. As a client-facing professional, this position is responsible for interacting with patients in a friendly and helpful manner. The duties of this position consist of scheduling appointments according to provider availability, answering phone calls, reviewing, and ensuring completeness of intake paperwork, and processing payments.

The detailed job responsibilities include:

– Greeting and interacting with patients in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner

– Answering phone calls promptly and being able to address or refer questions to the appropriate channels

– Optimizing provider schedules with efficient scheduling

– Interacting with back-office staff and notifying of patient arrivals

– Retrieving and updating patient records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $17.04 per hour
