Process member transactions

Open/Close/Modify Accounts

Process mail

Answer telephones/research member issues

Filing branch paperwork

Handle daily forms for members

ATM & Debit Card requests/questions

Money Orders/Visa Gift Card Sales

Daily balancing/Proving cash drawer

Scan/report checks daily

Notary Services

Member Corporate Checks

Wire Paperwork (Incoming/Outgoing/Agreement Forms)

Process RDC checks/reports

Back-up Branch Manager as needed

Travel to other New Jersey branch office locations for coverage when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Brunswick, NJ 08903: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
