Hybrid Remote – Teleworking. Candidate must be able to come into the office for approximately 4 – 6 weeks of training, occasional meetings, requirements of your position duties and other contract requirements.
Candidate must live within a 90 mile commuting distance from the work site.
Job Summary:
The Operations Excellence Specialist (OES) supports the Change Management team to drive efficiencies throughout the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC). This incumbent will analyze data, prepare reports, make recommendations, provide briefings as needed, and help drive performance improvement through measurement, analysis, and continuous process improvement activities.
Job Responsibilities:

Analyze and benchmark specific processes to support improvements

Identify process efficiencies across the KCC operations
-
Analyze system inefficiencies and recommend changes for improvement

Develop tools that support existing or new processes
-
Develop training materials or instructions where required
-
Research data and best practices for KCC processes
-
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares reports using Power BI
-
Prepares spreadsheets using MS Excel

Prepares analytical reports and proposals
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Associates Degree plus one year of work in similar field
-
An additional two years of work experience in a similar field may be substituted for the AA Degree
-
You must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19.

Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain a government clearance.

Must live within 90 miles of Williamsburg KY.

Strong command of the English language both verbally and written

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Working knowledge of Power BI

Experience working with Microsoft Excel
