Responsible for working the food and beverage department in a supervisory capacity being cross-utilized in other food and beverage outlets as necessary. Train and motivate staff to ensure the highest standard of service and presentation. Fill in whenever needed, to ensure the utmost in guest service while caring enough to do it well by adhering to Forbes standards.

Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

  • Minimum 2-year(s) experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
  • Food handling certificate.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
  • Ability to provide legible communication.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • High school graduate, some college.
  • Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.
  • Any previous culinary training.
  • Ability to communicate in a second language, preferably Spanish.
  • Certification in alcoholic awareness program.
  • Certification in C.P.R.
  • Computer training in Word, Excel.
