Provide overall direction and field administration of daily jobs and long-term projects in the Industrial Services Operations at the Spartanburg, SC site.


  • Manage the assigned personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work performance is planned and coordinated according to the schedule, with strict adherence to quality and budget considerations.
  • Assist Sales in preparation of estimates and procedures in planning of projects, with a strong eye to safety and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain project work at all sites in a safe and environmentally sound condition per DOT, EPA, and OSHA requirements.
  • Act as main contact with the customer for the resolution of operational issues.
  • Initiate corrective action for any unsafe or environmentally unsound conditions, regulations, and procedures.
  • Ensure that all customer and company policies are adhered to in the completion of the assigned projects.
  • Interface daily with customer contact, and constantly seek opportunities to sell additional services.
  • Actively participate in feedback and post-job evaluation portions of all field work.
  • Ensure operations personnel turn in daily job safety analyses (JSAs) and associated project paperwork.
  • Complete a post project evaluation for each project.
  • Ensure that the information needed for invoicing all projects is properly flowing to the Accounts Payable department in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as directed.



  • 5 years’ experience in industrial services or a related field.
  • Significant experience managing projects, people, and in customer relations
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • HAZWOPER 40 preferred
