Overview
Residential Program Manager: The Shelter for Help in Emergency is excited to open the application process for a newly created leadership position providing program support, oversight, and supervision for all residential services. Successful candidates will have experience with program development, setting and achieving team goals, and staff & volunteer supervision. Understanding of trauma-informed service provision, intimate partner violence, and facility management are required. Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is required; master’s is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in non-profit management may be substituted for master’s degree. Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
