We are looking for an ambitious, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual with experience in sales, team management, and superior customer service. A strong candidate would have experience with our service- Laser Hair Removal.


  • Assist Sales Manager in controlling and supervising the daily operation of the facility and be able to make decisions;
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management;
  • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue;
  • Ensure that the team is reaching sales goals;
  • Keep daily operations running within the existing budget;
  • Oversee the administrative department;
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager responsible for the Unit;
  • Ensure, together with the Sales Manager, that the required safety procedures are being followed as defined by the Medical Director;
  • Guarantee a safe work environment and use fast crisis management skills;
  • Work with the Sales Manager to define and manage work shifts, ensuring that the facility is clean and in compliance with Semper Laser’s guidelines;
  • Follow up with customers (especially with the unsatisfied ones);
  • Supervise employees regarding operational issues and procedures;
  • Assist the Sales Manager with the process of for recruiting, hiring, developing, and reviewing employees when needed;
  • Oversee the training of new employees;
  • Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance

expectations and by conducting performance reviews;

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of facility staffing needs. Prepare

schedules and ensure that the facility is staffed for all shifts;

  • Lead and collaborate with the marketing department to provide actionable opportunities in which Semper Laser can interact and give back to the community;
  • Always study and analyze the sales process trying to isolate the most recurring objections so we can constantly update our sales script to handle it;


  • Previous experience in Sales/Retail Management or other related fields;
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong customer services skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Have a good personal presentation;
  • Ability to make decisions, multitask and prioritize;
  • Strong communications skills;
  • MS Office;
  • Have a valid driver’s license;

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
