The Law Office of Steven Alizio, PLLC is looking to higher an attorney interested in practicing special education law in NYC (on behalf of parents of children with disabilities).

Preferred Experience:

*Experience practicing special education law (particularly in NYC)

*Experience managing cases and representing clients at hearings with minimal supervision

*Recovering attorneys’ fees in federal court

*Appellate work at the SRO and federal levels


*Very competitive and commensurate with experience. A partner-track position may even be available for the right candidate. (Salary range referenced is for a full-time position).

Pay: $90,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
