The purpose of the Fiscal and Business Operations Section (FBOS) within ITSD is to achieve excellence by providing customer service to divisional and departmental employees.

Job Description And Duties

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), Chief, Fiscal and Business Operations Section, the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), Budget Unit (BU), leads and oversees a team of analysts responsible for all of the Information Technology Services Division’s (ITSD) fiscal and budgetary support functions, including fiscal impact of proposed legislation. The SSM I oversees budget information relative to ITSD’s operations and plays a critical role in the preparation of budget change proposals (BCPs); fiscal analyses; Program, Departmental, and Division reports; data analyses to accurately forecast expenditures, funding needs, and policy development.
