Job Summary

We are a small, locally owned hospitality and real estate company that is dynamic and diverse looking for support in our home office. This position is ideal for a task oriented and organized
professional who has outstanding administrative skills and is very flexible. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who is able to take initiative with minimal supervision. The candidate must have a flexible attitude and be able to run with anything thrown their way and be able to
contribute creative ideas. Integrity, professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing specialty events and marketing campaigns
  • Travel to locations for content generation for social media platforms
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement
  • Help strategize creative ideas for on-premise marketing campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement
  • Oversee implementation and design of on-premise marketing materials
  • Assist in creating and updating content for social media postings – written, video & photo content
  • Assist with general administrative duties (mail, copying, email, etc.)
  • Support office leadership with specialized administrative tasks as they arise
  • Organize and maintain files in a confidential manner
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and reservations as needed
One year employment contract is required. Full time positionafter graduation offered (having completed at least six months on the job) with starting annual salary of $33,000 – $38,000 plus
health benefits and a 35 hour work week.
