Our Aeroseal Technician position consists of applying the proper techniques of duct sealing to improve a customer’s overall indoor air quality and comfort. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, motivation and dependability to complete jobs as assigned. If you are a team player this is a great opportunity to join our growing team! Responsibilities: Perform skilled duct sealing and blow in attic insulation techniques with minimal supervision Take initiative during each job to maximize results Strong listening and communication skills required to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers Troubleshoot when problems with equipment are encountered Evaluate and improve processes, promoting efficiency and cost savings while improving productivity Add proper notes on all work orders, and ensure paperwork is turned in daily Qualifications: Develops an understanding of code requirements of duct sealing and benefits of Aero sealing. Able to work using ladders, scaffolding, and with hand and power tools Professional attitude, strong work ethic and dedication to quality Excellent communication skills with job supervisors, employee and Manager(s) Able to work independently and as a team leader Ability to lift and carry items in up to 50-pounds Valid Driver’s License Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
