Position Specific Description
The Early Stage engineer is responsible for providing all the technical deliverables the Origination team needs to bid on new solar and storage projects. To be successful in this role, one must have the technical skills to perform fundamental electrical engineering calculations, operate AutoCAD smoothly, have a familiarity with Solar Energy prediction simulations, and have the soft skills to relay technical information across cross functional teams including presenting to leadership.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs data analysis and basic engineering tasks for completion of small projects
- Performs engineering calculations required for moderate designs
- Collects and evaluates data to recommend courses of action
- Assists more experienced engineers in the completion of large complex projects
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
